Over the years, through my Sundari Women project, I’ve had the privilege of listening to so many women open up about their struggles, especially around aging. The pressure to stay relevant, look a certain way, or not “fade out” is real. But what I’ve learned, and what I share , is that there is so much we can do to help ourselves feel better, stronger, and more seen. It starts with how we see ourselves.
